Dentistry that works well is an investment. The good news is, you will have a hard time naming another investment that provides the dividends of a pleasing smile and comfortable chewing 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Every patient is unique and has different needs and varying resources. Often there is more than one way to satisfy a patient’s needs and wants. The best solution is for a patient to come for a consultation. Dr. Williams and our staff will listen to your concerns and give you a better idea of what is possible and what the investment will be. We try very hard to listen to our patient’s needs and find ways to make quality, long-lasting dentistry affordable. We do this because we care about our patients and their long-term dental health.
As a courtesy we complete insurance forms and submit claims on your behalf. We do not accept responsibility for the outcome of the transaction. By having our office process your insurance forms, it is important that you understand this does not eliminate your financial obligation for your treatment.
We require you to pay your co-payment, which is the amount not covered by your insurance company, at the time treatment is provided.
It is important to understand the contract regarding your insurance company is between you, your employer, and your insurance company.
We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
We offer incentives for payment on large cases when paid upfront by cash or check. Large cases are considered full mouth restoration using crowns and bridges. Payment must be for full amount for the discount.
We offer third-party dental financing through CareCredit.
We offer a “cruise plan.” You prepay one or two times per month until a credit is built up enough to begin treatment.
